There are all manner of tweaks available here including the ability to disable permanent scrollbars as well as the new animation effects that accompany various events such as replying to emails. You could perform many of these tweaks through Terminal, but this simple and basic tool enables you to make the changes without having to work about commands. The app has been developed to allow users to change settings that work differently to Snow Leopard as well as providing the option of disabling unwanted features that you either do not use or find annoying. As the name suggests, the app has been designed for use with OS X Lion.
